I am originally from Indiana and moved to the Alden area in 2011. I have a Bachelor of Science in Wildlife Science and Master of Science in Education from Purdue University. Throughout my career, working in various educational settings with students from PreK-college, I have determined that helping struggling students learn to read is my passion! I have been working at Alden-Conger as a Title I para since 2019. I enjoy helping our elementary students with both their reading and math skills. It brings me great joy to work with students and see them improve and become more confident in their academic abilities.
I am married and we live on a farm in Alden with our two children who attend Alden-Conger. I love to draw and paint, bake, go for walks with our two dogs, read books and hike.
